Connect Salesforce with Verabase
Connect Salesforce CRM to give your AI agents real-time access to accounts, opportunities, cases, and custom objects.
What syncs
Automation triggers
Opportunity closed-won
When an opportunity moves to Closed-Won, Verabase triggers onboarding content delivery to the new customer.
Case created
New cases in Salesforce are checked against your knowledge base. If an AI answer exists, it's suggested to the assigned agent.
Lead converted
When a lead converts to a contact, Verabase updates the customer context available to AI agents.
Setup guide
Create a Connected App in Salesforce
In Salesforce Setup, go to App Manager → New Connected App. Name it "Verabase Integration", enable OAuth settings, and set the callback URL to https://app.verabase.io/oauth/salesforce/callback.
Configure OAuth scopes
Add the following OAuth scopes: api, refresh_token, offline_access. These allow Verabase to read your CRM data and maintain a persistent connection.
Copy Consumer Key and Secret
After saving, Salesforce generates a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. Copy both — you'll need them in the next step.
Authorize in Verabase
In your Verabase dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Add Salesforce. Paste the Consumer Key and Secret, then click Authorize. You'll be redirected to Salesforce to grant access.
Map objects and fields
Once authorized, select which Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, or custom objects) should be accessible to your AI agents. Map fields to Verabase's context model.
Use cases
Case resolution with knowledge base
When a support rep opens a Salesforce case, the Verabase side panel surfaces the most relevant knowledge base articles and AI-drafted responses. The rep can send the answer with one click, reducing average handle time.
Opportunity-based messaging
When an opportunity enters the Negotiation stage, Verabase's AI agent proactively sends the prospect a comparison document or case study from your knowledge base — personalized to their industry and deal size.
Custom object intelligence
If you use custom objects (e.g. Product Configurations, License Keys), Verabase can read them and make that data available to AI agents. A customer asking 'What's my license key?' gets an instant, accurate answer.
